We review every nominee against the same standard: that the business is real and operating, how long it has been trading, what its customers say, its complaint history, and its accreditation. How much a business spends on marketing plays no part.
We turn applicants down. Businesses that don’t meet the standard are declined, whether or not they are willing to pay. As we grow, the standard will get stricter, not looser.
Every award can be checked in public. Anyone can click a badge and see who holds it and whether it is genuine, so a business that has earned recognition can prove it.
