What is the biggest challenge you have overcome?
The biggest challenge I have overcome is building an investigative agency that delivers court‑ready truth to people who traditionally cannot access it. Establishing a legally‑sound, affordable, community‑focused PI service required navigating regulatory barriers, earning public trust, and proving that high‑quality investigations can exist outside large institutions. Overcoming this challenge shaped my Access to Justice mission and allowed me to create an agency where professionalism, transparency, and affordability work together to protect the community.

My advice to anyone starting in private investigations is to master the fundamentals before chasing complexity. If you focus on delivering truth that stands up in court and treating every client with respect, you’ll build a reputation that lasts.

I was driven to start my agency by the gaps I saw in how everyday people access truth and justice. Too many individuals were left without answers, without protection, and without the ability to present clear evidence when it mattered most. That reality — seeing people struggle alone against systems that move slowly or not at all — is what pushed me to build a legally‑sound, community‑focused investigative service.
